CORE Issues in Professional and Research Ethics (ISSN: 2160-8784) strives to advance scholarship on ethics in professional practice and in the responsible conduct of research. CORE Issues publishes original articles of potential interest to academic administrators, ethics instructors, students, and scholars across all academic disciplines, as well as practicing science researchers and engineers.

CORE Issues publishes three types of articles: regular articles, review articles, and book reviews. Regular articles should report original scholarship on current and emerging ethical issues across disciplines, on teaching methods, responses to ethical dilemmas, assessment and evaluation, etc.; they should build upon existing research and scholarship. Review articles should synthesize and critique the scholarly literature on a particular topic. Book reviews should assess specific texts for their value and insights and evaluate their usefulness to any particular audience(s).
